Your collection is already set up for you with fields and content. Add your own content or import it from a CSV file. Add fields for any type of content you want to display, such as rich text, images, and videos. 1.5-2Tb x fresh ginger root

1 Tb x fresh tumeric root

1/3 tsp x black pepper corns

1/4 cup x fresh lemon juice

1 tsp x raw honey

Good pinch x sea salt

250ml x spring or filtered water


Step 1

Blend all ingredients in bullet or blender for 20 seconds and leave to sit for 15-20 minutes to extract the goodness from the plants. 

Step 2

Pour through a fine strainer and use the back of a spoon to squeeze all of the juice from the pulp.

Step 3

Drink cool or pour into a cup of warm water to have as a warming golden elixir.

Step 4

Store inside a jar or glass bottle in the fridge for up to 48 hours. 

It will last longer, however to ensure you get most of the beneficial qualities its best to drink it within this time.
